Bought 1 case was delivered ok , than bought another 4 cases, the sponges where missing from the boxes, they said that in all other cases they had sponges so they did not do anything on that. Then we realized that the case that we initially bought was bigger than the other 4 and it is taking them already 2 weeks to investigate why that happened.
